Can anyone give me a remedy for eczema? I've had it on my hand for a couple of years but it's really bad at the moment and I've had enough. I've used all the usual creams: steriod, e45, aqueous etc. Doctor is no use, keeps giving steriod cream again even though I told them it causes a reaction. Help please!!!

Sorry Rose. I'll have the Decoction done by Thursday. For everyone else I will post a variety of things to help this disorder soon.

Try drinking dandelion and burdock. Its the burdock thats used for detoxifying and blood cleansing but dont use it on its own as this will cause a flare up. With dandelion its fine though as this balances the action and you should get some relief.

Hello, my 15 month old daughter has eczema, and someone recommended the herbal cream 'Hope's relief' for her. it works fantastically well, so I'd definitely recommend it for adults too! They sell it at health food shops, and I think you can get it on the internet too. BB.X

Interestingly, if my memory serves me right I think one of the active ingredients in Hope's Relief is Arctium i.e. Burdock, along with Aloe vera and a host of other things:-)
